I have purchased lumia 535 last december 2014, after a month its display got faulty , i went to service centre they said it is not repairable at their end so mobile has to send to company and it will take maximum 15 days , i agreed and said ok please provide me a spare mobile as per policy, but they said it is not available with us. then too i said ok no problem i will wait till 15 days get over (mobile submitted on 5th feb 2015 with JOBSHEET NO. : 739504867/150205/042 .

COMPLAINT NO. : 1-15891467910 , in reference to the all conversation held at customer support team for microsoft From last 7 days they are telling it will take 2 more days to get repaired , but they are not understanding my problem i dont have any mobile and with all my pocket money saving i have purchased this mobile phone @ 9,200/-

I demand Problem should not occur in the mobile , and if it occurred, company should replace my mobile phone at the earliest possible. but they refused to do so. I want replacement for my phone and in a day or two itself.
