Dear Team, I have booked a air ticket from Mumbai to Udaipur for my family on 16th June 2014 at 2:36 pm through Easy my trip web site for booking ticket in Air India. Payment is made and confirmation from their side also received that payment is received at 2:36 PM. At afternoon around at 4:08 I got a called from them and told that because of increase of price they were not able to book the ticket. I have told how the price is increased. I have seen on the site the same and your site also accepted the same. How after around 2 hr your are saying the price is increased and why the variation is not shown on-line there immediately before accepting amount. why you are taking two hours to revert on the same. I have told to book the ticket immediately in the old payment made. Till that time and till today also there is no communication from them. In the Night I have put mail at 8:20 PM but no revert of the same. Again I have called about the booking confirmation of the same at 9:36 PM and this conversation took around one hour and it was finally told me that ticket is not booked and my money will be refunded to me. As they have not booked my ticket in Air India on 16th june (booking date) at 2:00 pm and reaching at Udaipur at 3:25 pm on 19th June (travel date), I have to book the ticket next day on 17th (booking date) of Jetconnect from Mumbai to Udaipur at 6:50 PM and reaching at 8:15 PM of 19th June (travel date) I have trying to attached ticket confirmation I have received and mail which I have sent them for ticket confirmation, but not allowing to attached the same.

1. Please ask how this air ticket service the are doing without taking responsibility of booking the ticket. Why they have not checked the price before taking the money from customer. This type of service should be closed. 2. 10 time of the loss which i have incurred as this is effected my schedule of travel plan and wasted my the day with uncertainty.
