i have purchase lenovo power bank online from ebay on 30th march and i got product on 9th april. The product shipped by ebay was faulty as regarding for that i looged the complaint number – 954229. They ask me to send the images as i send them multiple times and they close my case without providing me any information. regarding for that i received an call on 20th from ebay but i was not able to pickup the call and then they send me mail saying that we are closing the case. On same 20th april i called them at 2 pm and spoke to them as according to SR# 1-46636654509 i spoke to lady and she said she checked the pics and she is forwarding the case to claim dept. and i waited 3 days not get the call from them. again i called them on 23rd and spoke to their T.L Vinod and he said that i will get the call again but they did not called me for providing any information. Today on 30th April i received mail from them and they told me to cont. to their seller sartaj enterpirses. I have paid amount of 985 rupees to ebay not to sartaj as neither they are refunding my money nor replacing their faulty product. Please help me as you are last hope for me. i bought this product for my cousin brother and he is in army and soon he is posting to leh as i gave him my power bank but the product i purchase from ebay they are not helping me and giving me excuses every time. please help me .. Please

i need either my money back or replacement of the faulty product they have send me
