eBay Seller sent the purchased item to unknown person via dtdc and provided me the awb number. Ebay assumed the item is delivered to me but according to dtdc it is been delivered to p. Bagchi of beharampur- 723205 and was booked in his name. It should be delivered at durgapur 713205. A pdf is also attached. Ebay guarantee claim refused to return back money

Ebay treated me as a lair by declining the complaint. And it hampered my prestige. ebay should apologize me in person for this harassment and insult. And should pay for the loss in occurred.
