I have Eureka Forbes Water Purifier. The Product frequently stops working. Signed an Annual Maintenance Contract but despite several complaints to the call centre, no action. Forced to purchase packaged water from outside. I was Forced to purchase packaged water to the tune of Rs. 500 per day. I demand Compensation for the packaged water purchased till date. Refund of the money paid to buy the product.
