I have bought 2+2+1 leather sofa from Evok Bellandhur/Bangalore store on July/2014. The sales order number 1014S0/14-15/000265 dated 07/13/14 and cost of the sofas was 71000. Before even 1 year completed in February/2015 two safa started colour peeling and splitting. I have raised a compliant(#MJ7057)and also contacted Evok customer service and also local store several time. First they said they will replace the sofa, but then there is no communication for more than 2 months. After repeated attempts to contact them, now they are saying they will repair the sofa but I have to pay for the repair. I am shocked to hear this, how is that so expensive sofa does not last for 1 year and Evok is not ready to take responsibility and repair it or replace it.

Evok should repair the sofa free of cost, if not possible replace or return the money.
