I purchased a samsung phone from ezone marthahalli show room in bangalore on may 2015. When I purchase I paid Rs 8000 as initial paynment and balance I kept as EMI. But when they made EMI they mentioned the initial paynment was Rs 5940 only. So I am paying more than the original EMI. I have already given complaint regarding this to the head office 2 months back, but till no changes happen. According to me December is tha last EMI. Regarding this matter I already visit the office more than 6 times. The staffs are not properly responding to my complaint.
