I didn’t received the full order from Fab Panda Online – Fabpanda.com as I ordered. I ordered 6 casa joya silver 1000 rupee note with 999 fineness on 25 January 2015. My order id is 36866. I received the package on 31 Jan 2015. Upon receiving when I opened the package I was shocked to find out that there was just 1 note instead of 6 in the package. But over the invoice in quantity section 6 is written and we paid the full amount. So I want you to either refund my money or complete my order. Please look into this matter and solve it as quickly as you can. I have attached the invoice image with this mail .as u can confirm the fault after seeing the weight on the invoice and comparing it with the quantity. i contacted them several times on email and phone but they only sent an auto generated email and took no further action over my complaint that’s why i am approaching you because i want either my money to be refunded or my order to be completed.

I paid 1280 rs to them for 6 notes but inside the package there was just one not so i have lost my money i contacted them several times on their customer care i even wrote several mailes to them but they only sent a auto generated mail that’s why i am approaching you because i want either my money to be refunded or my order to be completed.
