I have sent a courier through first flight in the early morning (10:00 AM) of 6th August 2014 from gurgaon to Ambala. The courier contained rakhi to be deliverd to my cousins staying there. I was given the assurance that it will reach by 8th which practically should have been the case as it had to be delivered within the same state. I was very much relaxed that the rakhis will reach my cousins on time like always but this time it has not reached even till today i.e. 11th August2014. this is when i had specifically written URGENT- RAKHI on the envelope as well What is the point of using the courier service and paying 60 bucks for 2 rakhis if the service is worst than noraml post.

i want an apology from the courier service provider and also an equal monetary sum for causing the emotional troubles to me and my family as rakhi is one of the biggest festivals that we celebrate.
