I have ordered firstcry two types of baby toys through the following order details. Purchase Order No: 1832247NA53285538 Order Placed on: 09-Nov-2014 12:14:52 AM Total Order Value: Rs. 1662.80 Payment Mode: SBI DebitCard (CCavenue) Payment Status: Confirmed Order Status: Shipped Estimated Delivery: By 19th Nov 2014 I waited till a week even after the due delivery date. Finally, I emailed the customer care service on 25th Nov 2014. But till date I have not heard from them. Later, I found that they have an account on facebook. I have contacted them on 2nd Dec 2014. I got reply that my query has been passed to their team. But I had not heard anything from them till date. Then, via their facebook account, I have requested them to refund the money. But till date I have not received any money. They are neither delivering my items nor they are refunding the money. And their customer service is highly irresponsible.

I want the actual money lost i.e., Rs. 1662.80, and Rs. 1,00,000.00 for cheating and irresponsible customer care service.
