I am a vodafone user (Number-9811099xxx)since more than 10 years. This time in december bill(bill number-0249247289), i have been charged for downloads that havent been done by me. The charges levied are for a pack named- d2c_mgossip_pack49 , 8 times. amounting to Rs 392/-, when i googled about the details of this pack, what i saw was numerous complaints like me,which said this is just a fraudulent pack created by vodafone to charge innocent customers.

I have been charged an amount of Rs 392/- under downloads head. That are totally unjustified. Neither the details are being shared by vodafone about what the pack provides. nor any solution. I am a vodafone Postpaid customer from more than 10 years. Never faced any fraud like this unlike this time. i am attaching a bill, on the page number 7 you can see these charges.
