Flipcart – product stopped working not responding

1. A smart charger (Maxx PBS-26-SDI Smart Charger)was brought from flipkart on 01.03.2014.(Flipkart order OD40225005530) 2. The product was purchased with an of option cash on delivery. Date of delivery was 07.03.2014 3. The product stopped working approximately after 3 weeks of medium use. 4. Calls made to customer service of flipkart on 03.04.2014 , 04.04.2014 regarding change in product. 5. Flipkart said 10 days return period is over. 6. No further action taken by Flipkart in contacting seller about replacement, except for providing some and phone number of service centres which doesn’t work. False call back promises were made by customer services members. 7. Repeated email send to Flipkart on 26/03, 16/04. No proper response provided by Flipkart. 8. Written to resolution centre of flipkart on 30.04.2014 9. Resolution centre team provided a verdict on 05.05.2014 that “ The dispute has been raised post 45 days from date of delivery. Therefore this complaint cannot be registered.” And closed the case. 10. Flipkart provided a verdict ignoring all the earlier emails and calls made to them about the faulty product. 11. All email records available.

Flipkart provided a verdict ignoring all the earlier emails and calls made to them about the faulty product.Please provide a replacement product with an standard warranty of one year. If possible, Please help ordinary people against these unfair trade practices, who cheats people with false website promises.
