I ordered Flipcart (OD001617885772555500)order no., a phone on 23rd December 2014 And they promised to deliver it by 3rd January 2015,And i did not get the order after that i filed a complaint to company .But instead of hearing my complain they have declared on their website that order has been delivered on 3rd January 2015.and when i call them they are not responding me properly .Please help me

I want an apology letter for their behavior,To revert the status on website from “Delivered” to “Pending”,A Financial lumpsum of 15,000 INR because of mental harassment because of their behavior.
