I had purchased ford few months back and my suspnsion got spoilt and even rear left door doesnt close properly since the time i bought the car. my car gives an average of 8-9km per litre only since day one. have sent the car for service to sc ford where they scratced my car put paint particles all over my new car and also stole my glared worth 15000 frm the car. since a month the car ha been sent to them 5 times stil problem remains unsolved. shreya is the head and augustine is never available and after several emails and goin personally 4 times i have been tortured. my car is completely in a mess and they are not ready to solve issues at all

i want my car to be replaced by the sc ford company and all the management should be taught how to do thier job as they are not fit to do what they are doing. also i need this problem to be solved at the earliest as my car is with them since a month now.
