Requesting closure of bank account with HDFC and Nullify of all negative balance. Team, Issue: i was having an old salary account with HDFC through my old organization which i have not used for past two years. This account in not operational for over years now and all of the sudden i am getting weekly messages from HDFC that the balance in the account is negative which keeps on incremental The most recent one says that Balance as EOD is INR -3514.15. can any one help me understand how this transaction took place without my consent and which rules allows HDFC to add these charges. Also please nullify the charges and share information on minimum balance required to use this account or kindly close this account. This kind of cheap and unfair deductions gives really bad impression about the ethics and principles of the bank causing high level of unsatisfactory among the customers.
