Namaskar Ji, Loan agreement number 19709973 I called HDFC bank Call center for pre-closure of car loan but as per interaction ID: DELR0514072327 Mrs Ramandeep Kaur at HDFC call center number they will charge 3% of total amount. Please help so that i can pay my loan without paying extra preclosure charges.
