I purchased Hitachi AC from Croma on 27th April2014. I was promised that the AC will be delivered and installed by 28 th of April 2014. Despite the several calls to their call centre, they have not installed it yet. On failure of their commitment I asked them to take it back but they are not responding.

They should take it back and return me my money.
