Hitachi AC – Compressors Dead, No Replacement

I purchased a Hitachi 1.5 ton i-clean inverter Ac RAU018ITEA on 19th June ,2014.the installation guys came for installation after 26th June,and found the compressors to be at dead on arrival status.So they went back promising a replacement. After spending INR 54500.it’s been a pathetic experience with Hitachi and its dealer Sales Emporium Nagerbazar in particular. Adding on to the utter disgust that is impelled by Hitachi upon me.Mr. Rathin of Hitachi,Kolkata told that he has got a confirmation from his manager Mr.Shibshankar Dutta that a cheque will be issued of INR 54,500 which I need to collect from the dealer Sales Emporium. Now upon calling the dealer Sales Emporium,Nagerbazar,they are telling specifically that no cheque will be issued by them and in this kind of scenario Hitachi will issue the cheque and take back the product. AC was purchased on 19/6/2014 AC received on 21/6/2014 Post replacement of faulty unit ,final installation happened on 15/07/2014 Dealer Sales Emporium,Nagerbazar,Kolkata is putting the start date of warranty as billing date of 19/6/2014. But,Why should I suffer and have a loss of one month less warranty,as installation happened on 15/07/2014

Want compensation for my loss suffered due to delay. AC was purchased on 19/6/2014 AC received on 21/6/2014 Post replacement of faulty unit ,final installation happened on 15/07/2014 Sales Emporium is putting the start date of warranty as billing date of 19/6/2014. But,Why should I suffer and have a loss of one month less warranty,as installation happened on 15/07/2014 Want compensation for my loss suffered due to delay. Want extended warranty as delay happened because of dealer and Hitachi Justification and compensation for the emotional harassment.
