Dear Team My name is Manas Bharti Tiwari. I have purchased Hitachi AC from Dass Enterprises, Kalkaji, New Delhi on 28/04/2014. AC serial no :- 03967 Window AC 1.5 ton Kaze Plus 5 Star (RAW 518KUD). Within one month of operations the AC got into trouble and there was no cooling. I thought its an manufacturing defect as there is no physical damage. I complaint about the same and sadly the complaint was resolved after 15 days. The technician visited and told us that there is gas leak problem in the AC and he resolved the problem. Now again on 16/08/2014 the same problem of no cooling has occurred and there is ice gathering at the pipe in the AC. I have lodged a complaint no 14081601222. There is a manufacturing defects in the AC and the company is not willing to replace the machine. I have send mail several time to the customer care of the company but there is no response. I am calling everyday to its call center(07930414xxxx) but every time they say that they have send reminder for your issue. one time the receiver make me hold for 15 minutes. I request you please solve this problem. I am very frustrated and helpless. hope to see some relief from your side. I want to replace the AC I have paid so much and its not worth it. I am still paying the EMI of this AC which is of no use. Thank you
Replacement – because its an manufacturing defect as there is no physical damage.
