I have bought an AC of 1.5 ton , 5 star rating HITACHI brand, from the aforementioned dealer. When I received the order and post installation i saw a dent of 4 inch on the back panel of the compressor and another patchwork on the back net of the compressor panel. I reported the same to the dealer and he is adamant and not ready to replace the product despite repeated calls. Also, when I said that I will report the matter to consumer affairs he laughed and said do whatever you want. This is a classic case of the defective product being supplied to me and now they are not even acknowledging the same, instead pushing us to limits.
I want my AC to be immediately replaced with the new AC and also get it installed properly. Also, on the charges of selling false and damaged goods I would like to seek a compensation of another Rs. 100000/- because the mental agony and ridicule that we suffered and made to feel that we are inferiors and have no rights, and dealers can harass us and even make us a laughing stock. and the words .. HAAN BE JO KARNA HAI KAR LE JA.
