Dear Team, I was booked two bus tickets in Paytm website lastweek for travel from Chennai to Madurai on Friday(22-May-2015). Bus ticket order details mentioned below, But the bus operator called on Friday evening(22-May-2015) and he said “Your booked bus is repair. so we have cancelled bus tickets and you will get the refund to your respective booked side”, Still now i am not getting refund my money to my paytm account or Bank account Order no: 979476804, 979472980 Paytm account mobile number is: 852643xxxx

i want to get my refund amount please. i am very disappointment about Paytm customer care service
