I paid 17,200 Rs for one week of resort stay on 6-Oct-2011. I contacted the Gagan (representative) around 3 weeks to book resort for a week in Goa but he said I should remind him just a month before the vacation date. I contacted him after few months but he was not reachable. I got a call from Destination but they refused to give me in Goa. I went to their Rajori Garden office. Staffs were changed. They gave a number of Omkar Mehta. He also left the job after few days. They have changed their sale persons multiple times. Their name and address of resort is also changed.

I need my money that is 17,200 Rs which I paid on 6th Oct 2014. I also need compensation for my time, efforts which I made in last two years as per court law. I really disturbed me and impact my personal and professional life.
