Home shop18 – return of the product bad condition

Sir. I have made an onlineshopping with homeshop18. I had ordered a sofacover which was costing approx Rs.800.00. My order no. Was 939110937. After few days i recieved thevproduct. When i opened the packed , i got coompletely surprised. The product which delivered to me was in a very bad condition . The product was so dirty that i decided to return it back. After communicating with the customer executive i returned to that product through Flyking courier. In this regard , as per the direction of homeshop 18, i mailedvthe copy of that reciept to shopping company. In adition to that telephonically i informed the concernf coy executive. An assurance was given to me by CC Executive that one executive will call me when the producy will reach there. But when no one has contacted me after 15 days then again i called homeshop 18 for the return of my money. This time they told me to provide the proof of delivery for claim. Again i mailed the proof of delivery. But till date after lodging several conplaint neither my money has been refunded to me nor a single call has been made to me for the disposal of the case. Every time whenever i used to speak to CC executive they always try to escape from my problem. Kindly do the need ful. With warm regards

Sir, I want my money back and Rs. 25000.00 as fine for hampering my work due to their ignorance in addition to the above strict action may be initiated against homeshop 18 so that in future they may act promptly with th customer. With regards Subhash
