HouseFull International – Received damaged parts

Sir, I bought one CALINO QUEEN BED (OAK SKU: 100007978) from HouseFull Internation on 06/07/2014, Order Number: 50421 & Hdc – 9959/2014/2636. I paid full amount (12,400/-) through my credit card. As per them it will be delivered within 7-10 working days. But it took more than a month to delivered the disassembled parts of the bed on 24/07/2014 and requested for Assembly which is suppose to be done within 48hrs of delivery but after lots of follow-ups carpenter came after 10 days and informed us that parts delivered is damaged and can not be assembled and he informed the same to Housefull International immediately. I raised one complain (number CC/2014/8/2) on 01/08/2014 to resend the damaged parts. They have committed again that it will be not take more than 7-10 days to received the parts but again after so many follow-ups with Housefull I received the damaged parts on 25/08/2014. After receiving I requested for Assembly, Carpenter came today 29/08/2014 and told us that again they have delivered the parts are completely damaged and it is not possible to do the assembly. This really pathetic and after two months also I still not received my final product after paying full amount while playing order itself. Due to this I am going through mental tension as they have cheated me and now I am struggling to get my money is back. I am sure they must be cheating to other customer also. We should take strong action against this company. Kindly help in this regards and let me know if any other details required.

I want my money back with compensation for my mental tension.
