Xolo Phone – Pathetic Customer / Repair Service

My Xolo Q700 phone which was covered under warranty had some faults and was given to authorized service center on 28/07/2014 vide Work Order No. 310000613898. Now even after a month has passed, I am informed that the phone is still being repaired and will be returned after repairs. More than a month has passed and the phone is still being repaired!!

Either my phone be returned to me within a week or a new phone be given to me apart from a damage of Rs. 5000/- for extraordinary delay in servicing the phone and causing undue hardship.
