I have orderd refrigirator with the website and order no. was 2684541788 with this shoping site on 24 Aug 2014 from my mail id shashank.mishra1991@gmail.com and contact no. 971784xxxx but till now the did not dispatched the item , however i have paid from the credit card, i have called many times to their customer care and wrote several mails to them but they are not providing the resolution and they are saying that product can not be cancelled, i don’t have any point that i have paid the amount still they are not giving the product. Seeking help from your side please look in to this case and help me about
