How Jabong Spams e-mail into your Account ?

I have opted out of receiving promotional emails and mobile alerts and have sent many emails to customer care to stop sending me such mobile alerts and emails. But I am still receiving such alerts and messages. I am very disturbed by this and it is affecting my work.

I want to receive written response from Jabong.com as to why no action was taken despite sending several messages and who is responsible for the same and apology from Jabong.com.
