HTC One M8 After Sales Service

Model: HTC One M8 Purchase Date: 16th Oct, 2014 Problem faced within 2 months: Battery backup, Device Heat up, Faulty Ear phones. Resolution offered: Device was submitted on 13th Feb, 2015 and there were no response from HTC till Feb 23, 2015. Got a message on Feb 23 eve to collect the device. While collecting the device on 25th Feb it was found that device is having physical damage post return from Service Center. Device has been resubmitted and no updates till date. Calling customer care every time is tedious task due to there rude behavior and long waiting time.

I demand .Immediate refund and Compensation for all the mental trauma. 3.Apology for rude behavior.
