Hyundai Poclain India – Review

This is for your kind information that , I purchased a POCLAIN of HYUNDAI I40 , for my crushing unit “M/S Nakoda Crushers “, Khodi(Nibaheda,Rajasthan) from the Udaipur dealer “M/S R L Jain Equipments Pvt Ltd.” And I have been the most unsatisfied customer after buying this equipment dated 14/12/2014 Issue Faced ? After 70 hrs of operation of the equipment , the equipment seized to operate. Initial Reaction ? When contacted the dealer , an inspection was done dated 02/01/2015 and the report said that the major issues is with the Engine. ? The manufacturer of the engine is Kirloskar oil Engines Engine no:- 4H-2739/1420157 Dealer’s Response ? Since the Porclain was new , the dealer committed to replace the engine which had issues in it. Unresolved Issues ? When the Porclain reached the site and inspected, the same engine was there and no replacement of the engine was done as committed. ? I being the customer of Hyundai purchased the product from your dealer M/S R L Jain , was asked by the dealerto coordinate directly to Kirloskar and ask for the replacement. ?

When consulted the dealer for why should I ask the KIsloskar instead of his commitment to change the engine , he said that he is a big company/dealer and will not resolve as the issue is minor to him. He also asked to accept the porclain as given as nothing could be done. ? Loss of Rs 100000/- (Rupees One lakh) per day is by me. Suggestion ? Ask your dealer to be committed on his work instead of making excuses. ? Nobody will use a equipment which gets technical issues in 70 hrs of operation, unless it is replaced . So needs replacement of engine. ? Chittorgarh/Nibaheda is an area of great potential for crushing as this is an increasing sector as far as cement industry is concerned and everybody know each other. I being an unsatisfied customer will never refer anybody to procure the equipment from Hyundai again. ? I have planned for more equipments in coming future for the extension of my crushing unit.If I remain unsatisfied with Hyundai , I will never prefer it again Now my question is whether I should remain the most unsatisfied customer throughout , or will I get some help from you directly ,as the delaer has lenient/nil response.

I demand replacement of Engine with new engine.And compensation for loss occurred.
