White spot is appearing on the center of the iBerry SmartPhone screen when display is lighter. Black spot is appearing on top left side wile using front Camera. Please do the needful.

I have visited authorized service center on 14.03.2014. they have taken phone and said that phone will be send to co to resolve problem. Service center told that phone will repair or replaced by the co. So please do the needful ASAP. Job id is RVSRN1403DVE00143

This totally not satisfactory response just trying to make customer fool.
During last conversation on 03.04.2014 customer care told that problem has been resolve and phone will be dispatched on 04.04.2014
When i called today 07.04.2014 customer care told that phone has been dispatched you can inquire from local service centre. When i approached to service centre told that they do not have any update regarding my phone.
When i called to customer care they told me that phone has dispatched on 05.04.2014 will be take time to deliver to local service centre and denied to give doc. No. To me and also to local service centre. Now what should i under from this??? Local service centre do not have any update. Customer care is given round and round answers, differing from previous word and even today word. It not just making customer fool or what ??

I have submitted phone on 13.03.2013 what you doing long time sleeping ?? Now you escalate the matter giving fake and false answer of dispatch even though problem may not seen., may customer go round and round to customer care and local service center wasting time money energy. this how you grate company works. I want my phone today it self.
