My complaint is for IGL not HPCL… I choosed HPCL just because of no other option.. I have requested two times to IGL for a new connection. They have technical examined and found that new connection is feasible. Still they are delaying my connection. As per their email I have sent all required documents to IGL. but they returned my documents saying that these are incomplete. They have not called me even a single time and unnecessary delaying the case..

Consequences can be understood if one could not cook the food due to non availability of gas. To have this connection is one of my basic right of citizen And IGL is creating problems due to their own inability to provide services to citizen. IGL has breached my basic citizen right.
