I have ordered a zebronic product through indiatimes shopping but this product is not working and I want a refund but Indian times shopping is not cooperating with me and neither they are giving me refund of product. I want refund in any form may be coupons or cash in any form.

If possible the Government must cancel the license given to Indiatimes to SELL Online as they only sell fake and cheap quality products.
