We have bought a mobile phone form Infibeam with order ID : 13458005 (sub order ID: 22650737) . We have bought it for Rs.3539 and while using it we face many problems some listed below are 1) Google play Service is not supporting 2) Unable to download applications from Google Play store. 3) Some of the apps does not get open, Apps like Photos, Navigation and Youtube, Google play, show error while using it. This being an phone supported by Android OS. It has to be supporting all this applications. I have already given an complaint on 26.08.2014 but haven’t received any satisfactory response from Infibeam.

I want refund of money and the company can take back the product. This Product is useless.
