I Kewal Singh have employed Termin-8 service of ISS Hicare company to get rid of pests which were spoiling my home wooden furniture,doors and windows.My Customer ID with company was 63463 and service was taken on 25.10.2010.They charged me rupees 11998 and give a guarantee for 5 years i.e. till 28.10.2015 that no pest will come again or if it comes they will provide free treatment in guarantee period.But from last month pest start coming and start spoiling my home wooden items.I have complained to their customer care repeatedly but till this time no solution has been provided to me.

They should immediately treat pests and provide compensation to me for my damaged wooden items.
