In July 2013, I bought 2 used Air Conditions along with 2 years Annual Maintenance contract from J S Aircon. Owner Mr. Nicholas was nice guy initially at the time of receiving money, after receiving payment my pathetic struggle started. I had made numerous complaints about AC malfunctioning, he never attended to my phone calls, his office staff is of no use..after i make repeated calls to his mobile he answers with standard answer i am not well for past 2 weeks and he gives all excuses in the world, talks rude, asks customer to sleep on the road, upside down, sleep where ever if the AC is not working.

Despite of facing mental agony and pain, i was patient that J S Aircon will attend to my complaint. Even after 10 day of complaint no attention was made to solve the problem. I made complaint on 08 May 2015, till today no technician has visited. I lost my money and valuable time because of J S Aircon.
