Jabong had sent me a voucher of Rs. 500 by mail which had a validity mentioned as 1/8/2015. However i was not able to use the voucher on the 9th of January 2015 and later also. Jabong has accepted the mistake as the date mentioned was incorrect from their end and they will be sending a new voucher. I Have raised a lot of Service Requests for the same and sent numerous emails but i have not got a replacement voucher for the same issue. Every time they just give me a false promise that the issue will be taken care of in 24 to 48 hrs but till date i have not received any replacement voucher.
I want my Voucher back as well as an additional Voucher from Jabong for all the pain and agony i have gone through. Jabong has wasted my time for not providing the right kind of customer service.
