About 174mtrs of PE80 PN6 HDPE pipes were purchased from Jain Irrigation systems Limited routed through their dealer M/s DINCO Traders , Kolkata in August, 2015.Around 87 Mtrs of pipe were found to be defective while laying through Horizontal Directional Drilling method as a casing for cables laid under National Highway-2.The complaint were registered with the brand/ company along with photographs, test report & purchase reference but in spite of the above ,the brand/ company refused to accept the defects and under various pretext went to a process of denial for replacement.The work has since been stalled since then.Since the utility diversion in a place like National Highway is on top priority, we have been in a state of despair and seek your intervention for a settlement in this matter

We have been penalised by M/s Durgapur Steel Plant, SAIL,our client for stalling the work, but we do not have any other way of alternative arrangement ,since such a short length of pipe of 200 mm dia is not available in the market and we are absolutely dependant on the brand/ manufacturer in question
