I have taken jio sim from reliance on 23/08/2016 and mobile number of sim is 70075 53894 but till today it is not activated. Even reliance phone network is not available on my phone.contacted 3 time to your office at wave mall at Gomti nagar Lucknow, but all times got a reply that they have network problem. Please suggest what to do. Should I approach upbhokta forum rather than running to your office from where I got it.

I have bought jio sim from last 10 days but it is not activated till yet.i have raised a complaint but now no one respond to that complaint. Customer care toll free number is not answering call. Sim no : 7020897955
