I am Mr. Sandeep M. Burudkar I had purchased a Karbonn mobile A3 plus (IME/ESN-1 : 911300201313444 and IME/ESN-2 : 911300201313451) but within one month of purchase, it didn’t work properly and showed screen touch pad problem. For this complaint I showed it to Karbonn Gallery, Borivali, Mumbai branch. But in this service centre they only formatted software on headset and gave back the handset. Still I managed to work with that but after wards it again gave lots of problems of touch screen and mike problem, voice of this headset was not clear and loudly audible to next person with whom I spoke.
So again I took this Handset A3 plus to Karbonn Service Centre at : Shop No 5 & 6 , 2nd Floor, Thakkar Shopping Mall, S V Road, Borivali West, Mumbai – 400092. Cell No. 08879877119. On Dated 18 January 2014, Job Sheet No: KJASPMH3 44114K17380, ASP CODE: KJASPMH344, Name is : Infinity Care. After which I am still taking follow up of my mobile phone but in vain. Regarding that I spoke with Mr. Mahesh Kumar on 14-03-2014 at ~4.30 pm, Mr. Anil 27-03-2014 at ~4.40 pm and Mr. Arvind 01-04-2014 at ~5.10 pm and they said It is in Delhi office and will arrive soon. Hence I visited Karbonn Service Centre on 05-04-2014, they gave me my mobile but It was not properly handled, Its front screen was bulging and damaged, inner permanent sticker of IME nos and other information were removed. Front side of mobile cover is scratched etc. So I informed them about this status, for which they stated that was the condition in which they received it from Delhi office and talk to Delhi office for further complains and they cannot do anything more for the phone. Further I spoke to Ms. Sandhya from the same office, she took back the phone by observing condition of mobile. Service Centre (Officers) had re-serviced my handset with a new (fresh) Service Job sheet (KJASPMH344414K21388), dated 10-04-2014. -I raise questions against what they did. (By Mail) -If it was not faulty at all what was the need to service it twice? -I clearly ask for a replacement now if it is not repairable. -I thought ASC (Borivali, Mumbai branch) will repair my handset from any spare parts available with them and trying to manage this case. – provide DOA for my Handset.
I demand New mobile in replacement or revert my money back.
