The handset is in warranty period. One fine day the mobile was not charging from the port, so I went to the Karbonn service centre which is situated in the Hyderabad locality (Abids), but the incharge over there mentioned me that they have stopped taking the handset of Karbonn company. The travel I made from my place to Abids was over 30KM (to and from). SO I decided that I will call up the other service centre wether they take the handset for the service or not, but none of them answered my calls. So I have to give my handset to outside the Karbonn vendor so that I may get my phone repaired and use my sim card, because my number was in switched off for more than 2 days. I know that I have revoked the policy of the company by giving my handset to the outside vendor, but I did not had any choice on that time because I was cornered by the Karbonn company. But then too the phone didn’t got repaired by the outside vendor. It is still in default mode. So I again tried to get back to the Karbonn helplines. It has been 20 days, I have registered a complaint via mobile and email, but as of now no action is been taken place. It is really humiliating me that I always need to ask them regarding my complaint but they send me the same reply that my complaint is in a Priority basis. They will address me soon. I don’t know when there soon will come and my complaint will be addressed. Please help me to get my money back which I spent on the handset. Regards, Nitesh.
I need my handset to get repaired and the charges which I have spent for the travelling and to know the problem of the handset. And some payback amount so that they next time they will take seriously all the customers query.
