i pruchased a kenwood meat grinder on 13.2.2014. The product got faulty immediately and i gave it to kenwood service provider, bishnu service care on 16.08.2014. Till date there is no solution provided and whenever i call they give some excuse. I tried several times at the company toll free no 1800425XXX, but they also did not provide any solution.

8000 Rs was the cost of the product and we are not able to use it.
