Dear Sir i am Prof. Dr. Rajkumar and Controller of Examinations i purchased a mobile of your brand lenova6000 the invoice no. is 896 teh IME No. is 866043029103978 since for the last two months the mobile is giving lot of problems. the problems are 1. Battery charging time goes up to 10 hours 2. The batter get dry within 15 minutes 3. When the conversation is going it get over hot and it cannot be hold in hand and cannot take it near to the ears. For the above reasons i approached your authorized dealer X communication, thillainagar, trichy 18. By receiving the mobile simply they attended the problem and they said we will reprogram the mobile and they said now the problem is rectified and here after there won’t be any problem. But after recharging the mobile the above mentioned problem exists. The very next day i approached the service center they have received my mobile but till date there is no reply the service center. i came to know that most of the customers are facing the same problem of the above model. in this regard i made a call to you office on 22.11.15 and i explained the above problem, but till date there is no response from your side. My request is exchange this particular model of your mobile and issue a new model of lenova. I am ready to bare the difference of price. If you are not replacing the mobile and settle down the problem you are forcing me to go to consumer court. I hope you will look into the complaint and issue a new model of your mobile.
