I bought Lenovo A859 SmartPhone in may 2014, it got mic problem, so i visited Shrishti services in Rajajinagar to give my mobile for service on oct 18th 2014, while taking my mobile for service they told that, mother board needs to be replaced and it will take 7-8 days, so i called them after 10days, they said that mobile is not ready it may still take 15 more days… what the hell they do with 15days? what do i do without mobile for 1month? if i call those bloody service people, they dont respond properly, one service center guy bloody his name is jeetu didn’t respond properly, they dont know how to talk to customer’s.. why can’t you people provide a spare phone until we receive our phone? all other mobile services takes hardly 1/2 days.. why the hell lenovo service takes such a long time? i need my money back.
