LG TV – Video issue not responding to consumer

I have 42 Inch LG LED TV bought for Rs.60,000 and then I paid 5,000 for first two years AMC (Annual Maintenance Cost). Now I have again Paid Rs.13,038 for three years AMC. The TV is having Video issue and registered the complaint with LG Customer Care on 2nd Dec. Complaint No : RNA141202027161. There is no response for more than 2 weeks. The total amount I paid is around Rs.68,000 for no use.

TV Cost : 60,000 AMC 1 : 5,000 AMC 2 : 13,000 Total Cost : 78,000 Now the TV has Video issue. The LG is not responding to my complaint to resolve the issue. I have attached the 3 Years AMC document till 2017
