Makemytrip – Calgary visa lack of knowledge of staff poor service

I booked the ticket through makemytrip.I was informed over the phone by the supervisor Of United Airlines that people traveling to or through US require proper visa. That even after mentioning that 4 people traveling have Indian passport and none having US visa, the agency issue ticket through US. That to obtain US visa, time requirement is minimum 3 months (how could you issue ticket to a traveler who wishes to travel within 3 week time). That even after mentioning that 4 people traveling have Indian passport and no US visa, how can the agency issue ticket through US at all. That visa can be applied from Calgary(I stay in Edmonton,). That even after mentioning Muslim meals no such request was placed and my whole family had to suffer(Concern was raised with all travel sector airlines) That your representative issued me ticket mentioning my son as female (rectified after email). That invoice issued was in INR while payment was done in CAD$.I have still not received the invoice in full. That due to incompetence and lack of knowledge of makemytrip staff my family with kids and 7 month infant had to suffer. That makemytrip representatives put me on ransom at the airport for 10 hrs, I had to arrange the fare difference from other sources.
