On the 26th of Feb 2015, I tried to book a fight through makemytrip.com . After making the payment on my debit card I got a message that the booking had failed, however the amount was charged to my card. I called MMT service center and they informed me that the amount would be refunded within 3 days. Its been more than a month now and after wasting my time and energy on making numerous calls and emails to follow up, I still haven’t received the refund. I have been patient enough however my money has been blocked for such a long time and hence I register this complain seeking your assistance. Refund and compensation for the inconvenience of having to follow up so many times.
