i had booked 5 rooms at hotel nedous gulmarg through makemytrip for 27 june 2014.the whole amount had been paid and booking had been confirmed.the booking vouchers had been issued to me.at the last moment we have been shifted to a much inferior hotel.being a hotel professional myself i do understand that they are out to make a quick buck.

looking at the condition of the rooms we have been shifted to the whole group is shocked & dissappointed.ihave all the necessary documents
