Booking ID: NF7907045071218.Made on 25.9.14 for two passengers: Sindhu Raveendran Nair Sreedevi Sarojini From Cochin to Lucknow on 9.11.14 and From Lucknow to Cochin on 16.11.14 On 1.11.14, i cancelled the ticket of sindhu raveendran Nair Agency gave me refund after deducting cancellation fee. Sreedevi Sarojini travelled on her confirmed ticket on 9.11.14 from Cochi to Lucknow.When she reported for return journey on 16.11.14 at Lucknow airport, the airlines informed the ticket PNR is cancelled.

Ms. sreedevi Sarojini had to take a new ticket on 16.11.14 from Lucknow to cochin by paying Rs.12780/- in spite of two months back booking by makemy trip.Make my trip doesn’t hear my grievances inspite of repeated mails.
