In may 2014 i bought a mobile from Manchanda Telecom, vijay chowk krishna nagar delhi- 51 They had done a mobile insurance of 985 rs which is 10% of my mobile cost Now my mobile gets damaged and it is out of function since my mobile is insured i called the insurance comp. but they did not respond to my calls. last week they by chance attended the call and said that they will pick up my phone within 24 hrs but till now nothing has happened.

since my phone is out of function i was not able to attend my business calls and i have to bought a new phone

repair my phone as soon as possible
