I have ordered a bar chest online through Mebelkart on 10th jan 16. Rs 18934 were paid in advance for the same and order id is 1001404741. as per confirmation given by Mebelkart item was to be shipped by 03 rd feb 16 and delivered by 10th feb 16. but till date neither the item is shipped nor the company has informed us of the same. on contacting their customer care they are not responding well. please help us.
